As CFO, D'Amato will lead all accounting and financial functions of the company, including ACCESS' indirect cost structure and competitive rates development. He will also focus on strategies to increase market penetration organically and through acquisitions and to improve ACCESS' competitive standing in the marketplace. D'Amato's proven track record in profit and loss improvement, cash flow, and treasury and risk management will support
D'Amato brings to ACCESS over 20 years of experience in the federal defense industry, more notably in the Cost Accounting Standard (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. He has worked for a Fortune 100 company as well as highly successful mid-tiers, both in the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO for L-3's
