Always the first order of business, as it's usually the longest, and most expensive, undertaking in each city. Technically, Cook said,
"What we found out was people are still really, really having issues getting all their debris out by the road," Cook said.

For private properties, Henderson said residents can pick up an application at any of the city offices. If the resident did receive insurance proceeds for tree removal, they will have to give those proceeds to the city.
