Fayyaz Shah

Shah has a proven track record in product marketing, eCommerce, user experience, and engineering that spans over 20 years--including executive positions at Travelocity, Wayfair, and Bridgevine. Best described as a learning technologist, he will spearhead product improvement initiatives to boost customer and business confidence.

Shah joined 360training.com in 2012 as an Advisory Board Member before being appointed as the Chief Product Officer. Throughout his career, Shah has been awarded multiple product patents and has lead international expansion efforts in the eCommerce industry.

Shah earned a master degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

William Archer

Will Archer has over 20 years of high-technology experience for Fortune 50 companies, Software as a Service (SaaS) providers, and six startups. Prior to joining 360training.com as Senior Vice President of Technology, Archer created and led multiple eBay technology teams at their new offices in Austin. Archer also served at Dell in the Strategy, Technology and Governance Office.

His extensive prior experience in the distance learning and eCommerce fields, along with his leadership style, drove numerous Technology success stories which are in line with 360training.com's business objectives. Archer studied Mathematics and Science at the University of South Africa and is a lifelong learner of both leadership and software development processes.
