2025 MDRT Executive Committee focuses on peer-to-peer resources
PARK RIDGE, IL (September 3, 2024) — The 2025 MDRT Executive Committee welcomes an engaging approach to peer-to-peer learning opportunities for financial services professionals, as Carol Kheng, ChFC, assumes her role as MDRT’s 99th President and Aurora L. Tancock, CFP, FLMI, joins as Secretary. The new Executive Committee brings a fresh perspective to encouraging financial services professionals to strive for success at each stage of their careers. By driving MDRT’s delivery of key resources and opportunities, the Executive Committee will help members reach and exceed their goals.
Kheng, a 26-year MDRT member, succeeds 25-year MDRT member Gregory B. Gagne, ChFC, who becomes MDRT’s Immediate Past President. John F. Nichols, MSM, CLU, a 24-year MDRT member, and Clay Gillespie, CFP, CLU, a 23-year MDRT member, assume new roles as First Vice President and Second Vice President, respectively, with Tancock, a 23-year MDRT member.
The 2025 Executive Committee will expand its focus on providing unique learning opportunities for financial professionals through in-person engagements and networking opportunities. It also will oversee MDRT’s digital transformation initiatives as the organization continues to invest in and leverage technology to personalize and improve the MDRT member experience at every step of an advisor’s career journey.
The Executive Committee will continue to develop events for members from around the world to come together and share ideas, ultimately leading to personal and professional advancement. The success of the 2024 MDRT Annual Meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the 2024 MDRT Global Conference in Dubai, UAE, set the tone for the elevated content members can expect to see in 2025. MDRT will continue to showcase members’ expertise, success stories, and proven solutions to enable members to learn from each other as they strive for higher levels of success.
In addition to holding exclusive events, MDRT will continue to distribute timely, local content on a regular basis, showcasing members’ expertise, and providing mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
MDRT now offers more ways to engage, learn and grow with the MDRT Family of Brands. The MDRT Academy supports advisors seeking MDRT-level production and the MDRT Center for Field Leadership serves field and home office leaders seeking to boost their leadership skills and foster an MDRT culture of excellence in their firms.
“As the state of financial markets continues to fluctuate globally, it’s pivotal for financial services professionals around the world to lean on each other for educational and networking opportunities,” Kheng said. “MDRT is a great resource for professionals seeking enhanced, tested solutions from a network of peers around the globe and allows them to continue providing the best possible services to their clients.”
