iAutomate: Erlon Surety Enhances Integration with Epic Agency Management System to Streamline Surety Bond Workflow
Enhancements extend the ease of end-to-end surety bond processing and help surety agencies save time and cut costs
WESTBROOK, ME – April 20, 2015 – Insurance Automation Group announces it has further enhanced its iAutomate: Erlon Surety workflow automation software to strengthen its integration with the Epic agency management system from Applied Systems. iAutomate: Erlon Surety interfaces with Epic to eliminate manual re-keying of bond (policy) insert and transactional data, reduce the potential for error, and cut costs. New enhancements to the integration include the ability to associate the transaction information from Erlon with a Policy Status in Epic.
Surety agencies use iAutomate: Erlon Surety as an end-to-end surety bond issuance, tracking, execution, and reporting system. When a premium-bearing transaction is created within iAutomate: Erlon Surety, data may be seamlessly transferred to numerous agency management systems, including Epic, for managing bond records and associated transactions for billing. Agencies no longer need to manually re-key the same information from one system to the other, saving time and money.
