Dec. 29– New Year’s Eve will be a big day for Chuck Jones. Not only will he turn 68 on Dec. 31, but he’ll also enter retirement, ending a 22- year career with the state’s Board of Risk and Insurance Management. Jones first started with the Board of Risk and Insurance Management in October 1992 as an underwriter before advancing to executive director two years later.
