One of the country's top insurance executives has joined the board of directors of the

"I've been lucky enough to spend my career working with and for families in some of the very communities where LISC works, " said McFadden. "There are people who struggle every day just to make ends meet--to find a good job, to afford a decent apartment, to make sure their kids can eat healthy food and go to a good school, to feel safe on their own street or in their neighborhood park.
