Drillinginfo Vice President Joins door64’s Advisory Council

Drillinginfo Inc. announced today the appointment of its senior vice president of technology, Mike Couvillion, to door64's Software Advisory Council. A 20-year industry veteran with a strong background in software engineering and IT leadership, Couvillion joins other Austin-based technology industry leaders from Dell, Samsung and Bazaarvoice, among others, in propelling the mission of door64 to success.

Before joining Drillinginfo, Couvillion served seven years as an officer in the United States Air Force and five years in consulting as a certified systems and network engineer. He has also previously served as the director of engineering with Symantec and the vice president of technology for Dominion Enterprises. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Louisiana Tech University.
