StoneRiver Tops Last Year’s RAVE Award Win with Two Awards in 2013

StoneRiver earned the two 2013 RAVE Awards based on the impressive Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Rankings in Q1 2013 for its PRO Financial and PTE Financial solutions.  PTE Financial received an Overall Gold ACE Ranking of 98 out of a possible 100, with PRO Financial close behind with an Overall Silver ACE Ranking of 96.  The awards will be presented to StoneRiver at the 2013 Annual Insurance Accounting & Systems Association (IASA) Educational Conference and Business Show this week in Washington, D.C.

For the fourth year, Tech Decisions magazine and industry research and advisory firm Novarica have teamed up to recognize those technology solutions delivering exemplary value to the insurance industry. The RAVE Awards are based on user evaluations submitted through Novarica ACE Rankings, determined based on online surveys of senior technology and operational executives at insurer clients who have direct experience with the solutions.
