ITASCA, Ill., July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) today announced the acquisition of Miller Buettner & Parrott, Inc. in Rockford, Illinois. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998, Miller Buettner & Parrott is an employee benefits insurance broker and consultant offering a broad range of employee benefits insurance and consulting services to their clients throughout the central United States. They specialize in group life, accident, health, dental, vision, prescription, wellness, voluntary and disability plans. Laurie S. Miller and her associates will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of William Ziebell, North Central Regional Executive Vice President of Gallagher's employee benefit consulting and brokerage operation.
