Shae Lucabaugh Joins TBX® as Senior Director of Operations

As Senior Director of Operations, Shae will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency across the organization and report directly to Kirk Vitry, Sr. Vice President & COO.
Prior to joining TBX®, Shae held several senior leadership positions in operations management, including Director of Operations at HRAdvance (Ascensus), UnifyHR (Aon Hewitt), and Unum, and Vice President of Operations at Conexis (HealthEquity). In these roles, she was instrumental in building successful organizations from the ground up and promoting operational efficiencies, while championing employee engagement, training, and development.
