ProHost USA adds Employment Practices Liability to National Restaurant Insurance Program
Restaurant insurance program administrator ProHost USA has added employment practices liability insurance coverage as an option in its packaged insurance solution specifically designed for restaurants.
According to Heidi Strommen, President of ProHost USA, “More restaurants are recognizing the need for protection against employment-related litigation. Employee claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation or other complaints can be costly to a restaurant’s reputation and bottom line.” Strommen also noted, “In addition, our endorsement covers third-party violations including actual or alleged discrimination or sexual harassment against customers or vendors.
