Pacific Resources Expands Industry-Leading Voluntary Benefits Practice
Peter Crahan Hired as Vice President and Voluntary Practice Leader
Pacific Resources is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Crahan as Vice President and Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader. In this role, Peter is responsible for helping to identify Voluntary Benefit solutions for clients that fit within their overall benefits strategy as well as finding new products and trends in the Voluntary Benefits marketplace. Peter works out of Pacific Resources’ Atlanta office and reports to Pat Purdy, Vice President, Global Employer Benefits Solutions.

Crahan brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Pacific Resources, with a focus on both Voluntary Benefit products and employee engagement, enrollment and communications. “Peter’s deep experience across the full spectrum of Voluntary Benefits ensures that Pacific Resources will be able to maintain its position as a leader in Voluntary Benefits consulting,” said Purdy.
Crahan joined Pacific Resources from Aflac Group Insurance, where he spent the last nine years as a Producing Group Manager, a Broker Market Director and a Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to that, he was the Southeast Senior Lead Consultant with Univers, Regional Sales Director with KMG America (now Humana), and the Southeast Regional Sales Director with ING Employee Benefits (now Voya). Peter also has work experience at an employee benefits enrollment firm and at Colonial Life and Accident. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University.
