Stanley Aldis Hired As Senior Director of Benefits Administration & Marketplace Solutions
CHICAGO, IL, April 25, 2017 - Pacific Resources is pleased to announce the addition of Stanley Aldis as Senior Director of Benefits Administration & Marketplace Solutions. In his role, Aldis will be responsible for advancing Pacific Resources' mission to deliver innovative employee benefit solutions to large and Fortune-ranked employers. Aldis will work out of Pacific Resources' Chicago office and will report to Sean Clem, Vice President, Technology, Marketplace and Engagement Solutions.
Aldis brings more than 40 years of experience to Pacific Resources, most recently as Director of Benefits at Sears Holding Corporation. "Stanley's extensive experience in Health and Welfare and Retirement strategy and administration will help Pacific Resources continue to provide employers with specialized expertise and objectivity as they assess benefits administration and private exchange market opportunities," said Paul Rogers, president and COO of Pacific Resources.
Clem added, "Stanley's unique perspective as someone who was responsible for evaluating, selecting implementing and managing a Private Exchange solution for a Fortune 500 employer, coupled with Pacific Resources' market independence will provide our clients exceptional insights into the opportunities and challenges of a Private Exchange."
Aldis graduated from the Northern Illinois University a Bachelor's degree in Business.
