Keystone recognizes 11 partner agencies on Big “I” Best Practices list
NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa. (Dec. 1, 2016) – Keystone Insurers Group (Keystone) today congratulated 11 partner agencies that made the 2016 “Best Practices” list of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA). IIABA, also known as Big “I,” issues its list of top-performing agencies every three years with an in-depth analysis of the practices and methods that propelled them to the top of their field.
“We are proud of our Keystone partners who made the 2016 list,” said Chief Operating Officer Lea Ann Hawk. “They embody the quality and standards that drive every one of our partner agencies. We congratulate them for their achievement and for representing Keystone at the highest levels of professionalism."
The Best Practices list is part of the IIABA Best Practices Study initiated in 1993 to help independent agencies build value by adopting performance benchmarks and business strategies. About Keystone – Keystone started in 1983 when four independent insurance agencies teamed up to pool their experience and expertise. Determined and scrappy in the face of a difficult market, this small group believed that agencies could be stronger and more successful if they linked arms. Today that passion and spirit continues, as Keystone has grown to almost 300 independent agency partners in 10 states. Keystone provides its agents with a community of like-minded agencies, industry expertise and access to specialized products for their clients. Keystone is ranked number two on Insurance Journal's 2016 list of Top 20 Privately-Held Property/Casualty Agency Partnerships. For more information, go to www.keystoneinsgrp.com.
