Choice strengthens its service delivery model and positions itself for growth with latest key leadership hire
[Dallas, Texas – April 2018] - Choice Solutions Services, Inc. (“Choice”) announces the appointment of Mark S. Burnam as its President effective April 1st, 2018 to lead and oversee its U.S. operations that provide loss adjusting and claim management services to the property and casualty insurance industry, self-insured companies and various government sector agencies.
With Choice’ substantive growth and diversification of products and services across its companies and divisions over the course of the past several years, additional leadership was needed to ensure that operations scale accordingly and continue to function at high service delivery levels to meet ever-increasing demands and expectations of its clients. In addition, very specific technological advancements entering into the claim service market needed to be embraced and capitalized on to provide necessary service model evolution and assure the future success of Choice.

Burnam joins the Choice leadership team while also currently serving as CEO & President of Vennd Technologies, in which Burnam successfully launched this start-up tech company to provide end-to-end claims management, vendor management and audio-video collaboration software tools to the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to this, Burnam served as (1) Chief Operations Officer for ICA, Inc., currently a Brown & Brown, Inc. company, for approximately 8 years providing claim management services, (2) VP Strategic Development at ClaimForce, Inc. for nearly 3 years providing claim vendor management technology and related outsourced services, and (3) Director of Claim Technology and Business Practices, as well as numerous other Claim, IT and Underwriting related roles over a 20 year span at Kemper Insurance. Burnam studied Business Administration and Information Management at William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. Burnam also holds certifications in General Insurance and Claims Management from the Insurance Institute of America.
