Quick Life Launches Electronic Policy Delivery

Secure electronic delivery of life insurance policies…available now.

DENVER, CO - May 10, 2013 – Quick Life Center (Quick Life), a leading comprehensive online quoting and fulfillment service that provides financial professionals and consumers with life insurance and related products from the nation’s top rated companies, has added electronic policy delivery to its distribution capabilities. The announcement was made by Pat Wedeking, President of Quick Life.

Electronic Policy Delivery is the process by which an insurance carrier delivers an underwritten, issued policy electronically to the consumer and allows the policy owner to complete delivery requirements electronically, placing the policy in force in a single online session. The benefits are significant and include enhanced data security, a better customer experience, increased placement ratio and reduced cycle time.

Quick Life has partnered with several of the nation’s top-rated life insurance companies that offer ePolicy Delivery so that policies can now be delivered direct to the consumer with ease. In a few simple steps after underwriting a consumer will receive email notification, then a secure, encrypted delivery of their policy via email so they can review and electronically sign paperwork to put the policy in force. Notification is then received at the carrier showing electronic acceptance and signature(s.) This enhancement is available immediately.

Quick Life’s business platform allows for easy quoting, applying and processing of life insurance, single premium wealth transfer, long-term care and annuities; offering the client the best options available to accomplish their financial objectives. The services include all front end technology, back end processing and support to ensure policies initiated by financial professionals and consumers are properly quoted, processed and now e-delivered.

"We are excited to offer our financial advisors and clients’ ePolicy Delivery. This solution fits well with our easy to use life insurance platform, allowing a convenience that dramatically reduces the amount of time it takes to complete the process." said Wedeking. "The technology we have deployed with ePolicy Delivery makes it simple, secure, and hassle-free for everyone involved."
