Joe Counts Appointed National Life Group Co-General Agent
Montpelier, Vermont – Joe Counts has been appointed Co-General Agent of National Life Group’s Virginia agency.
Counts joins General Agent Todd Hearp, CLU, at the Virginia agency.
“Joe and Todd have formed a new relationship that combines Todd’s experience, contacts and management skills with Joe’s proven successes in recruiting and production development,” said Ruth Smith, executive vice president at National Life Group.
Counts’ office will be in Virginia Beach and in Richmond and Hearp’s office will remain in Roanoke.
Counts has spent 30 years in the insurance industry. In his final four years with the Guardian, he hired 56 new financial advisors, which resulted in a nearly 300 percent increase in life insurance sales and a 100 percent increase in equity sales.
Counts holds FINRA Series license registrations 6, 63, 7, and 26. He lives in Chesapeake, Va., with his wife, Pam. They have one daughter and two grandchildren.
