Group Insurance Executive Patricia Purdy Joins Pacific Resources
Appointed Vice President, Core Benefits Solutions
CHICAGO, IL, April 24, 2013 – Pacific Resources – a leading employee benefits advisory firm servicing large, predominantly Fortune-ranked corporations – announced that Patricia Purdy has joined the company as Vice President, Core Benefits Solutions. She joins Pacific Resources from The Hartford, where she was Assistant Vice President of Sales and Market Development and Absence Management Practice Lead.
As Vice President, Core Benefits Solutions, Purdy will serve as a member of Pacific Resources’ Senior Leadership Group and will be the practice lead for all of the company’ core benefits, including Life and Disability, as well as Dental and Absence and Productivity.

Purdy has more than 25 years of group insurance experience and spent half her career in field sales management. She was most recently Assistant Vice President of Sales and Market Development at The Hartford. Prior to joining The Hartford, Purdy worked at Genworth Financial, Sun Life and The Phoenix. Purdy serves on the boards of directors at the Disability Management Employer Coalition and Integrated Benefits Institute.
