Zipari Launches InsureCX Customer Experience Product at AHIP Institute 2016

Zipari launched InsureCX, a holistic way for insurance companies to visualize consumer behavior, built on the company's Customer Experience (CX) Platform. Attendees at the insurance industry's AHIP Institute 2016 conference in Las Vegas are the first to see the new offering.

InsureCX provides real-time visibility into the customer experience of health plan members.
