Zagoria Law Settles ‘Big Rig” Liability Case, Pre-Suit, for $250,000

On July 16, 2015, Adewuyi was traveling eastbound on I-285 when his vehicle was struck from the rear by a B & B Trucking freight truck being driven by Jamison Wimbush. The collision pushed Adewuyi's vehicle into the car in front of his. At the scene, Wimbush received a police citation for following too closely, according to court documents. Surgery was required to repair Mr. Adewuyi's right shoulder partial rotator cuff tear. The insurance claim number is 01662225.
