Approved average rate level decreases are:

Edison Insurance Company : 10% for HO-3 homeowner policies and 10.5% for HO-6 condo unit-owner policies. -
Florida Peninsula Insurance Company : 0.9% for DP-3 dwelling property policies, commonly used for rental homes as well as owner-occupied homes.
Beyond the Rate Decrease: Tenant-Occupied DP-3 Surcharge Eliminated
In addition to the approved DP-3 rate decrease,
"These approved changes are intended to provide relief in areas where pricing conditions have improved, while maintaining a disciplined approach to underwriting and risk management," said
The company noted that individual premium impacts will vary. Not all policyholders will see the same change, and some may not see a decrease because premiums are influenced by factors such as location, roof characteristics, wind mitigation features, claims history, replacement cost updates, coverage selections, deductibles, and discounts.
