Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Promotes Four Associates in the Woodbridge, New Jersey Office

WOODBRIDGE, N.J., April 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. announced today that Daniel J. Kluska, Satish V. Poondi and Karin K. Sage have been promoted to Shareholder and Vincent Cheng to Counsel. All reside in the firm's Woodbridge, NJ office.

Commercial Litigation

Daniel J. Kluska is a shareholder in Wilentz's Commercial Litigation practice. He represents owners, builders and developers in actions arising out of the construction of numerous types of real estate projects, often involving claims of construction and design defects, project-related misrepresentations and alleged breaches of warranty. Mr. Kluska also represents law firms of all sizes at both the trial and appellate review level in malpractice and related matters.

Karin K. Sage is a shareholder in Wilentz's Commercial Litigation practice. She manages litigation in New Jersey state and federal courts for large corporations and small to mid-sized law firms in matters concerning fiduciary duties, legal malpractice defense, shareholder derivative actions, contracts, fraud, and estate/probate litigation. Ms. Sage serves on the District Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court and as a Trustee for the Ocean County Bar Association. 

Mass Torts

Satish V. Poondi is a legal advisor and registered pharmacist in the firm's Mass Tort Litigation practice. Mr. Poondi's credentials in law and science enables him to provide his clients with uniquely informed approach to the issues they confront both legally and with respect to science. Mr. Poondi represents clients in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors. He also provides regulatory advice with respect to the sale and purchase of pharmacies. 

Vincent Cheng is Counsel in the Mass Tort Litigation practice, where he manages personal injury cases, including those arising from asbestos exposure.
