V3 Insurance Partners LLC’s Successful Internet Workers’ Compensation Practice Expands

Business Wire

NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- V3 Insurance Partners LLC (V3) today announces the expansion of its successful full on-line quote and bind Workers’ Compensation practice with the addition of three key senior executives. Ken Stryczek, Karen Megson and Amy Feltmann each have many years of experience growing and managing successful Workers’ Compensation portfolios for small to mid-sized organizations.

V3’s Workers’ Compensation business has grown 30% within the past year alone. Driving this success is V3’s reputation for superior customer service, industry knowledge and delivery of products through technology to grow their customer’s books.

“Internet-based programs have done much to save time and control operating costs. However, the intricacies of Workers’ Compensation insurance requires technology to be balanced with experienced underwriters that have the know-how and authority to solve problems immediately,” said Pam Wagner, SVP and Senior Practice Leader, Workers’ Compensation at V3.

“With the addition of Ken Stryczek, Karen Megson and Amy Feltmann, V3 expands its team of seasoned underwriters and hence our capacity for growth. All three of these individuals bring a relentless attention to details and customer service, creating a winning combination for V3 and our agents,” added Susan Rivera, V3’s President and CEO.

Ken Stryczek, VP and Product Manager and Karen Megson, Senior Underwriter, previously worked for well-known national Worker’s Compensation carriers. Ken’s strategic planning and operational experience improved the company’s overall profitability, growth, and brand recognition. Karen grew and managed an 8 million dollar book of business with a focus on Guaranteed Cost accounts.

Amy Feltmann, Senior Underwriter, brings a broker’s perspective to V3. Previously an Assistant Vice President at a major wholesale carrier, she specialized in Workers’ Compensation programs for small business accounts, a key growth area for V3.
