NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- V3 Insurance Partners LLC (V3) announces the addition of Kate Hinkle, Director of Claims and Compliance; JC Leston, Regional Vice President, Property; and Katy Lewis, Western Regional Team Leader, Workers’ Compensation. In addition, Ginger Gasper has been promoted to the position of Property Underwriter.

Kate Hinkle, Director, Claims & ComplianceMs. Hinkle has over 20 years of experience in claims and compliance, most recently as an AVP at Nationwide Insurance where she developed successful cost containment and litigation management strategies; managed field and functional staff; and tracked key financial results including reserving, LAE, policy and claim counts, productivity and budget compliance.

JC Leston, Regional Vice President, Property
Mr. Leston’s expertise includes underwriting, relationship management and marketing for Large and Middle Market Commercial Properties. He brings in-depth knowledge and experience underwriting CAT and Non-CAT Property accounts over the full spectrum of occupancies from habitational to manufacturing on both a primary and an excess basis.

Katy Lewis, Western Regional Team Leader, Workers’ Compensation
Ms. Lewis brings over 20 years of broker, underwriting and distribution management roles, for national wholesale brokerage firms and global insurance carriers. She has specific experience working with agents and brokers in the Western Region of the US. Her addition to the team broadens the reach of V3’s successful Workers’ Compensation practice.

Ginger Gasper, UnderwriterMs. Gasper has been promoted to the position of Underwriter for the Property Practice. Her promotion is recognition for the quality work and prompt service she offers V3 customers.
