Triple-S Management Corporation Announces $30 Million Class B Share Repurchase Program

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Triple-S Management Corporation (NYSE: GTS), a leading managed care company in Puerto Rico, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $30 million common stock repurchase program. It will be conducted, using available cash, through open-market purchases of Class B shares only, in accordance with Rules 10b-18 and 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The timing and extent of any purchases under the program will depend on market conditions, the trading price of our shares, and other considerations, and the program may be suspended or terminated at any time.
