Trio of Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara Lawyers Named to 2018 Super Lawyers and 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Stars Lists

Stephen Walko focuses his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, real estate and employment law. She has also handled matters including securities fraud, business disputes, zoning appeals and Will contests. Ms. Sisca brings to the Litigation team her experience in defense work, her skill at analysis and strategizing, and her meticulous attention to factual details crucial to successful management and favorable resolution of cases. In a recent representative matter, Ms. Sisca prepared a summary judgment motion and oppositions to defendants' motions resulting in judgment in her client's favor on his New York labor law claims. In another matter, Ms. Sisca second chaired at trial and wrote the post-trial briefs in a Connecticut adverse possession case, successfully defeating defendant's counterclaim for adverse possession and securing reimbursement for her client's attorneys' fees as well.
