WAYZATA, Minn. (AP) _ Trean Insurance Group, Inc. (TIG) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $2.1 million.
On a per-share basis, the Wayzata, Minnesota-based company said it had profit of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 8 cents per share.
The company posted revenue of $51.3 million in the period.
Trean Insurance shares have climbed 6% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $13.90, a decline of 18% in the last 12 months.
