TKO Miller acted as Dynamis' exclusive financial advisor during the transaction.

Dynamis has developed a cloud-based SaaS solution that offers real-time insurance plan modeling for employee benefits insurance brokers. Applied Systems is committed to making further investments in the employee benefits market to drive continued product innovation and a more connected experience between insurance agencies, insurers, and the insured. Applied will continue to operate Dynamis' current Milwaukee, WI office, and Dynamis CEO Andy Nunemaker will continue to be a leader in the employee benefits operations of the combined entity.
