Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2022, or their legal proxy holders are entitled to attend the meeting, vote shares and submit questions atwww.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HIG2022. To be admitted, shareholders must enter the 16-digit control number found on the proxy card, voter instruction form or notice that they previously received.
