SUNZ Holdings, LLC Acquires Case Management Company

BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SUNZ Holdings announced that it has acquired Ascential Care Partners, LLC (“Ascential”), a national URAC accredited case management and utilization review company. The purchase and associated capital contribution strengthen the financial position of Ascential and substantially enhance the ability of Ascential and SUNZ Holdings to control claims costs for their large deductible workers’ compensation insurance clients.
