Staff moves at Fishman Haygood, Kean Miller, Jones Walker

New Orleans

Johnny Domiano and Lee Reid have been appointed as practice group leaders for Adams and Reese.

Domiano has been named as a litigation practice group leader. He formerly served as the partner in charge for the firm's New Orleans office. Domiano has practiced law for nearly 30 years, with an emphasis on marine and energy issues, products liability, directors and officers liability, franchise and shareholder disputes and general casualty.

Reid has been selected as an intersection of business and government practice group leader. He has been an attorney for 25 years and previously served as a special assistant to the general counsel for NASA. His practice includes education, economic development and government relations matters.

Sean T. McLaughlin has been elected to a two-year term on the management committee of Kean Miller.

McLaughlin is a partner in the New Orleans office, practicing in the energy, maritime, commercial litigation and tax groups.

Jones Walker has elected four new partners to its New Orleans office.

Alfred Rufty is a member of the maritime litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution team. For three decades, he has represented vessel owners and operators, offshore service companies, marine insurers, shipyards and cargo owners.

Mallory Wynne is a member of the corporate practice group and the commercial transactions team. She provides transactional counsel to clients operating industries that are closely tied to the economy of the Gulf Coast, such as maritime, energy, oil and gas, construction, shipping, petrochemical and manufacturing.

Thomas Kimball is a member of the corporate practice group. He represents public and private clients in a number of industries, including health care, construction, energy, transportation, telecommunications and hospitality.

Jane White is a member of the corporate practice group. She assists clients on a variety of commercial transactions matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, aircraft purchases, sales and leases.

Lauren Mastio has been reelected to a four-year term on the Jones Walker board of directors.

Mastio is a partner in the litigation practice group. She advises and represents renewable energy and oil and gas industry clients and also has a construction law practice.

Andy Lee has been elected to a one-year term on the board.

Lee is a partner in the litigation practice group, head of the firm's privacy and data security team and co-leader of the technology law industry team. He maintains a national appellate and trial practice focused on business and commercial disputes and advises clients in the areas of data privacy and cybersecurity resilience.

Stephen J. Herman has joined Fishman Haygood as special counsel.

Herman's civil practice spans 30 years and includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, class action and professional liability matters. He was appointed in 2010 by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana to serve as one of two liaisons for the businesses, individuals and local governments involved in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill litigation.

Herman previously was a partner at Herman Herman Katz, a firm started by his grandfather in 1942.

He earned a bachelor's from Dartmouth College and a law degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School. Herman clerked for state Supreme Court Justice Harry T. Lemmon.

Herman teaches at Loyola Law School and Tulane Law School. He currently serves as president of the New Orleans Bar Association and chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association's Section on Class Actions, Mass Torts and Complex Litigation.

Baton Rouge

Bernhard Capital Partners has promoted five employees.

Chris Dillon has been named partner. Dillon has been with the firm since it launched in 2013. He has been involved in investments such as Bernhard LLC, EPIC Piping, Brown & Root, Atlas Technical Consultants, Lemoine, Allied Power, Environmental Systems Group and SE&C.

Julius Bedford has been promoted to managing director and will remain involved in the firm's infrastructure-related investment activities. He played a role in Bernhard Capital's recently announced agreement to acquire certain regulated local gas distribution utilities in Louisiana.

Patrick Bernhard has been promoted to managing director. He has contributed to the firm's investments in Grace Hebert Curtis Architects and Optimum Energy.

Matt Kowalczyk has been promoted to vice president and Trevor Sansone is now a senior associate.

Wes Heinlein has been promoted to site director for Dow Louisiana Operations in Plaquemine.

Heinlein started working for Dow in 2000 at the company's Freeport, Texas, facility. He has held plant leadership roles since 2008, in positions such as operations leader, improvement leader, production leader and responsible care leader at facilities in Louisiana, Texas and the Netherlands. Since 2021, he has been business manager and technology leader for Dow's Polyols and Polyurethanes Systems.

He will move into his new job next month.

He earned a bachelor's in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Samantha Jarman has been hired a senior counselor to lead the Baton Rouge office of the Ehrhardt Group.

Jarman previously oversaw marketing, advertising, PR and recruitment at StoneCreek.

She earned a bachelor's in public relations and political science from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Lynn Z. Tucker has joined Baton Rouge General Dermatology.

Tucker will provide medical and cosmetic dermatology care at the hospital's Bluebonnet location.

She earned her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Tucker served for two years as a contract physician with the Air Force, then completed her dermatology residency at LSUHSC. She was the first female president of the Capital Area Medical Society.

John F. Jakuback has been elected to a two-year term on the management committee of Kean Miller.

Jakuback is a partner in the Baton Rouge and Houston offices, practicing in the areas of commercial and personal injury litigation.

Emily B. Grey has been elected to the management committee of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson.

Grey leads the firm's health care practice group. She has practiced health law for nearly 25 years, representing clients such as hospitals, surgery centers, pharmacies, physicians and laboratories.

Robbie Caruso has joined Emery Equipment Sales & Rentals as a customer success specialist.

Caruso has worked in customer service and sales for more than 20 years, for companies such as Richie Brothers and Staples.

Tanner A. Johnson has been elected as a partner with Van Ness Feldman.

Johnson has served as policy counsel in the firm's Baton Rouge and Washington, D.C., offices since 2021. He is an advocate and policy strategist on natural resource, energy, environment and conservation issues, with a focus on the Gulf Coast region.

He earned a bachelor's from Spring Hill College and law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
