Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with a public offering by Assurant, Inc. ("Assurant") of $175 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.1% Senior Notes due 2026. The offering closed on February 28, 2023.
