Today, US Senators Bill Cassidy, MD (R-LA), Susan Collins (R-ME), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Johnny Isakson (R-GA) released the legislative text for the Patient Freedom Act of 2017, a comprehensive replacement plan for Obamacare.
