Senior Life announces promotions
Beason, supervisor of the accounting department, began her career with Senior Life in 2002 and served many different roles throughout the company. In 2004, Beason moved to the accounting department after continuing her education and obtaining a diploma in applied office technology from
In 2015, Beason began taking on more responsibilities, including oversight of multiple departmental duties and assisting in employee training.

Beason will now supervise accounting staff in all aspects of customer service while taking on additional responsibilities with billing, employee training and updating departmental practices and procedures.

As the company has grown, a dedicated customer service department has been formed to serve sales agents and policy holders with a diverse range of services.
"Kimberly was asked to lead this new department, including the organization and implementation of employee training and customer service protocol," Powell said. "Her knowledge, experience and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience to every agent and policyholder we serve will benefit customers immediately. We are excited to have Kimberly focus on this new role."

Along with his determination to increase business for the company through assisting agents, Bone began taking on new responsibilities such as training, on-boarding assistance and advertising.
