Scott Wallace Receives Indivisible Endorsement

Targeted News Service

BUCKS COUNTY, Pennsylvania, Sept. 17 -- The campaign of Scott Wallace, a Democrat running for election in Pennsylvania's 1st Congressional District, issued the following campaign news:

Today, Scott Wallace, Democratic Nominee for Congress in PA-01, announced that he has received the endorsement from Indivisible, the grassroots organization using the power of the people to elect progressive leaders in all 435 congressional districts and resist President Trump's agenda.

Ezra Levin, Co-Founder of Indivisible, said, "We are proud to endorse a progressive champion like Scott Wallace who we know will fight tooth and nail to put an end to the Trump agenda. His extensive history of fighting for women's full reproductive rights around the globe, reforming our criminal justice system, and combating climate change, solidifies his devotion to getting this country back on track and bringing us into a brighter and better future for all. With leaders like Scott in Congress, we can put an end to the rampant corruption driving our politics today."

Wallace welcomed the endorsement saying, "I'm so honored to be endorsed by Indivisible. This incredible grassroots movement has been on the frontlines of the resistance since day one of the Trump administration. They are a prime example of the power we hold when we unite to make our voices heard. This fall, we have a real chance to take back the power and finally put an end to President Trump's assault on everyday Americans and the very fabric of our democracy. We have a president with no shame, and a Congress with no spine -- and the good people of Bucks and Montgomery Counties deserve better. But I can't get there alone. I'm grateful for the grassroots power that everyone here has put behind this election. Together, we can get America back on track."
