RIC Insurance General Agency’s Changes Are More Than Skin Deep
RIC will soon feature a redesigned logo with a crisp, clean look--but the transformation will go beyond the cosmetic. RIC's new rollout will also streamline internal processes, systems, and accessibility for their agent and broker partners, resulting in substantive enhancements to the way they do business with their customers.
Under the organizational changes, agencies will be assigned a full RIC team based on geography--including a dedicated sales manager, brokers, underwriters, and support for commercial and personal lines, workers' compensation, and E&S lines of business.
In addition, RIC is simplifying the way new business is handled. Under the new system, all new submissions will be promptly processed by a dedicated central unit and passed to the correct underwriting team. This will improve the speed and efficiency of new submissions, increase speed to market, and streamline communication.
Further, RIC is also responding to their agents' and brokers' needs in the way existing renewal business is handled. Each agency's dedicated team will manage renewals--ensuring each customer works at all times with the team that knows its business best.
"This new model will allow us to strengthen relationships, build synergy with our customers, and develop a deeper understanding of our existing business," says
