Rep. Sessions Introduces Bill on Affordable Health Insurance Coverage

WASHINGTON, March 30 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (H.R. 7258) to "eliminate the individual and employer health coverage mandates under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, to expand beyond that Act the choices in obtaining and financing affordable health insurance coverage."
The bill was introduced on March 28. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce; Ways and Means; and Education and Labor committees.
