Rep. Pappas Introduces Bill on Coverage for Vaccines, Treatment for COVID-19

WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-N.H., has introduced legislation (H.R. 6511) to amend titles XIX and XXI of the Social Security Act "to require coverage under the Medicaid program and Children's Health Insurance Program for vaccines and treatment for COVID-19 without the imposition of cost sharing requirements."
The bill was introduced on April 14. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
