WASHINGTON, April 11 -- Rep. Roger W. Marshall, R-Kan., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2183) to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to streamline the State innovation waiver process.
The bill was introduced on April 9. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees.
