Rep. King Introduces ObamaCare Repeal Act

WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, has introduced the ObamaCare Repeal Act (H.R. 185) to "repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010."

The bill was introduced on Jan. 3 and has 14 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., Mark Meadows, R-N.C., Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., Randy Weber, R-Texas, Trent Kelly, R-Miss., Joe Wilson, R-S.C., Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., Scott Desjarlais, R-Tenn., Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., Ken Buck, R-Colo., Ralph Norman, R-S.C., Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., Jody Hice, R-Ga., and Tom Cole, R-Okla.

The legislation was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Education and Labor, Natural Resources, Judiciary, House Administration, Rules and Appropriations committees.
