Rep. DelBene Introduces Bill on Employee Health Insurance Expenses Credit

WASHINGTON, Jan. 23 -- Rep. Suzan DelBene, D-Wash., has introduced legislation (H.R. 432) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to expand and modify the credit for employee health insurance expenses of small employers."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 11 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Ron Kind, D-Wis., C.A. "Dutch" Ruppersberger, D-Md., and Ann Kuster, D-N.H. It was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
