Rep. Blackburn Introduces Bill on ObamaCare Insurance Plans Eligibility

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., has introduced legislation (H.R. 706) to amend title I of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act "to require verification for eligibility for enrollment during special enrollment periods in PPACA insurance plans."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 27. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
