Relation Insurance Services Acquires Forest Insurance Agency, Inc.

Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Forest Insurance Agency, Inc. (“Forest”). The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
