TRANSPORTATION

All In Aviation has announced the expansion of its flight instructor team with the hiring of two new female certified flight instructors, Eliana Rau and Dana Callis, as well as the promotion of Presley Mittelstadt to flight training coordinator, underscoring the company's commitment to boosting women's representation within the industry.

With the ongoing pilot shortage affecting many regional airlines, as well as a commitment to diversity among major airlines, there's never been a more opportune time for women to pursue aviation careers. By cultivating a diverse team of skilled pilots and educators, All In Aviation demonstrates its unwavering commitment to fostering a more inclusive aviation community and addressing the industry's evolving needs.

"We are excited to have Dana and Eliana as part of our instructor team, and to promote Presley to her new role as flight training coordinator," said Stefanie Hott, flight training advisor for All In Aviation. "As a female pilot, myself, it's always nice to see other females entering the industry, which is still very male-dominated. All In Aviation is proud to have a team of qualified female pilots on both the instructor side and administrative side. With the industry's growing need for pilots, it's a perfect time for women to pursue aviation careers. All In Aviation is committed to hiring the best instructors, and it's nice to see a more diverse group falling within that category.

— As flight training coordinator, Mittelstadt will take on additional responsibilities while continuing to oversee line service operations and social media management. Her expanded duties include developing client relationships, guiding students toward their aviation goals, managing recruitment and discovery flights, providing student support, matching students with instructors, and overseeing the flight schedule. Receiving her private pilot's license from All In Aviation, Mittelstadt brings firsthand student experience to her position.

"As we expand our capabilities, we're not just meeting the growing demand for flight training — we're actively shaping a more inclusive future for aviation," Hott said. "Presley's journey from student and line service manager to flight training coordinator exemplifies the career growth opportunities for everyone starting their aviation career, while our new instructors bring fresh perspectives that benefit all of our students."

— Rau, an alumna of Faith Lutheran High School and its Oder Family Flight Academy, achieved her commercial pilot's license before completing high school. She further honed her skills at 702 Helicopters, obtaining her private and instrument pilot licenses, as well as her flight instructor certification. Since entering the aviation industry, Rau has accumulated substantial experience in training aspiring pilots across various age groups, providing comprehensive instruction in ground operations, flight simulators, and aircraft.

— Callis's lifelong passion for aviation led her to Southern Utah University in Cedar City, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in aviation science with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her academic expertise spans aerodynamics, aeromedical science, aircraft systems and human factors/safety studies. Callis obtained her private pilot license in January 2022 through Cactus Aviation in Henderson and has since expanded her qualifications earning her commercial pilot license with instrument rating, complex and high-performance endorsements, as well as multiple flight instructor certifications (CFI, CFII, MEI, and AGI), bringing a vast amount of experience to All In Aviation's team of Certified Flight Instructors.

All In Aviation, the only Cirrus Aircraft training partner in Southern Nevada, is a full-service aviation company offering flight training, factory transition training, pilot certifications and aircraft rental, sales, management and storage. It has two locations to serve Southern Nevada, located at Henderson Executive Airport and North Las Vegas Airport.
