Cognosante Names Jean-Marc Edier as Vice President of Federal Programs

He oversaw the delivery and management of IT solutions for the company’s healthcare program management efforts. Previously, Mr. Edier served as Director of Operations for the <org>Public Sector Healthcare Group</org> at <org value="ACORN:2186068519" idsrc="xmltag.org">CGI Federal</org>, a global information technology firm, where he led teams supporting the <org>U.S. Department of Health and Human Services</org> and <org>U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs</org>. While in this role, he managed operations across 19 projects representing more than <money>$75 million</money> in revenues. Concurrently, <person>Mr. Edier</person> served as Program Manager at <org value="ACORN:2186068519" idsrc="xmltag.org">CGI Federal</org> for the Health Plan Management System Program for the <org>Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services</org> (CMS), which he grew from an original contract value of <money>$12 million to $45 million</money>.
