North American Risk Services, Inc. Announces New Position and Hire of Director of Project Management

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- North American Risk Services, Inc. (NARS) has appointed Karen O’Keefe-Payne as Director of Project Management.

As the insurance industry grows and evolves, NARS has adapted and continues to set new initiatives in motion to better serve our clients and their insureds. Karen will be responsible for bringing focus and direction to all projects and coordinate with necessary departments to move them towards a successful launch.

Karen has been in the insurance industry for close to 20 years. She started her career as an agent, then transitioned into an adjuster position at Progressive Insurance. Once at NARS, she was promoted from adjuster to Quality Assurance Analyst, Compliance & Implementation Supervisor, and most recently Client Service Manager. Originally from Ohio, she now resides in Central Florida with her family.
