This year's event, "Shaping Healthcare's Future: Delivering Value along the Continuum of Care," will feature an in-depth conversation with Nancy-Ann DeParle, an architect of the Affordable Care Act, and Dr. Scott Gottlieb, a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and former FDA official. The conversation will focus on the future of healthcare reform and the uncertainty around the Affordable Care Act, as well as what any "repeal and replace" moves by the current administration may look like and how they would impact patients, insurers, etc (see also Pharmaceutical Companies).
Joaquin Duato, Executive Vice President and Worldwide Chairman from Johnson & Johnson, will kick off the day with a keynote address, which will be followed by other panel discussions including executives from Merck, Novartis and BMS.
