SECTION V. The Trustees shall have the power and authority during the aforesaid Fiscal Year from time to time, as in their judgment may be necessary, to make transfers among the various line-item appropriations for the purpose of meeting exigencies that may arise during the year as permitted by law. To the
extent permitted by applicable law, all unexpended balances of any item or items
of any general appropriation made by this Ordinance may be expended in making up any deficiency in any item or items in the same general appropriation made by this Ordinance. The sums herein appropriated are appropriated from all sources of income, including but not limited to all sources of income from property taxes, and all other revenues of the
SECTION VI. If any section, subdivision or sentence of this Ordinance is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this Ordinance.
SECTION VII. This Ordinance shall be known as Ordinance No. 23-01 and shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
