NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0025921Q0061. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-006. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541490. The size standard is 8.0 (millions of dollars). This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following service: Modification to existing waiting room dividers in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). Items required: CLIN 0001: Modification to one hundred and fifty (qty: 150) existing room dividers in accordance with the attached statement of work to be provided at NMCSD.
